Afghan Auto is an Indica breed whose ancestor counts among the original kush plants from the Hindu Kush region in Afghanistan. This species was then crossed with a Ruderalis.
Originally from Russia, Ruderalis is used to shorter growing periods. Therefore, it has developed the ability to automatically bloom after a few weeks rather than relying on a change in the hours or intensity of daylight.
Afghan Auto is a sturdy strain with earthy-sweet, citrusy flavor, which causes a deep body relaxation in the user. This peaceful state can cause drowsiness and even lethargy, depending on the amount consumed and the user's tolerance. Rule of thumb: Start slowly and do not overdo it. Although this usually results in a so-called "couch-lock" effect, the strain is also known to create a happy or euphoric feeling. Afghan Auto-Flowering is best suited for use in the evening or at night because of its intense calming effect.
